Holistic Health Consulting

The Tier 1 consulting service consists of an in office meeting twice a month and a telephone meeting twice a month. Each session will last an hour and include an email recap of the conversation. This will provide weekly guidance and encouragement toward dialing in crucial health and wellness practices. Any questions you have will be addressed and answered and all tests performed by doctors or specialists will be read and interpreted with a holistic point of view.

Each session will provide coaching and educational information needed to constantly improve your abilities in becoming and staying healthy and happy. You will also be provided with recipes, meal prep and diet techniques, along with customized exercise programs and lifestyle hacks to create healthy habits.
